Obituary For Robert "Bob" Dennis Faircloth
Passed away Monday, March 27 at 2:30 pm in Puerto Galera, Mindoro, Philippines, after a protracted battle with cancer of the larynx. He was 80 years old.
Bob was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA and graduated from Northwestern University in Engineering.
He found an early passion for the sea and become a master sailor, circumnavigating the globe multiple times. As a brilliant engineer he built many vessels including a large sailboat, a trimaran, and a steel trawler.
Bob is survived his wife Freda Bagares Mariano and daughter Noelle Tabitha Faircloth ass well as by his sister Sandi Pfeifer of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
